These findings suggest that talent is still at the forefront of most leaders’ minds, which also aligns with the Conference Board’s recent CEO Challenge 2013 results. This recent report found that the number one challenge globally as reported by CEOs taking the survey was Human Capital.

Regardless of the industry, there continues to be a mismatch of desired skillsets with skills available, forcing many companies to focus internally for talent.
