NEW YORK - Nov. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Her dinnerware designs are being used by Michelin star chefs in the United States and world wide such as Guy Savoy, Joel Robuchon, Le Grand Vefour, The French Laundry, The Four Seasons, The Ritz Carlton, The Mandarin Oriental and The W Hotels, to name a few.

She first brought flowing forms and organic elements to cutlery and dinnerware in the early 1990's and heralded a trend that has swept the hospitality industry, which today becomes the staples that chefs continue to use in their presentation of creative cuisine.  Inspired by the constant movement of the sea from her scuba diving journeys, her designs seem to freeze the moment and appear to lure you in the imagination of her undersea encounters.

"I create canvases for the chefs to paint with their artistic food."

She now turns to her fascination with the play of light in relations to colored glass.   The glass is hand painted resulting with individual patterns for each piece.  Colors can be customised.   These colored glass are perfect for wall panels for bars, restaurants, reception areas and VIP suites - bringing drama and ambient lighting to create a cosy atmosphere and lasting impression.

This technique affords the luxury of working with interior designers and architects to create unusual and unique installations.

Her sculptures are meticulously made from steel and wire, reminiscent of creatures under the sea, with her trademark of movement, texture, shape and form.
