Syler Keeps An Eye On The Clock For The November 19th Release Of 'One Minute To Midnight'

NEW YORK - Nov. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- With new artists coming out of the woodworks left and right everyday, it's common knowledge that you need to claim an original sound to stay relevant over time. Growing up on Jay Z, Nas, A Tribe Called Quest, and Naughty By Nature, Syler has melded classic samples with quick flows, catchy hooks, and true storytelling. There is no compromise with this New Yorker, who wants to make you think about his bars more than twice while you groove to his distinct boom bap feel.

Syler has never been afraid to fail, always putting his faith in his music first. And his pure motivation to create music that will last is what pushes him everyday closer to the top. From remembering seeing "Nuthin But A G Thang" for the first time as a 10 year old to hearing the news in High School of the deaths of Tupac and shortly after, Notorious BIG, Syler and Hip-Hop have gone through the ups and downs together. And now with the anticipation of his album, One Minute to Midnight, building, the fate of this dedicated artist is left to the people. What happens when the clock hits midnight is up to you. All he asks is to spread the good word on the honest music he offers. Regardless, Syler will find a way to rock the mic somewhere. Nothing about his music is made from concentrate.
