Evergreen Advisors Expands Business Valuation Team

COLUMBIA, Md. - Nov. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Evergreen Advisors announced today three new hires in the Business Valuation Practice Group.

“Our business valuation practice has grown with the demand for independent, credible business valuation opinions for transactional, tax and financial reporting purposes.  We are excited to have added Sarah, Justin, and Lissa, with the experience and unique competencies they bring to our group. Their addition to our team reflects Evergreen’s commitment to this important practice area,” said Greg Huff, Managing Principal.

Sarah Arnett has experience valuing business and intangible assets in a variety of industries, including industrial products, retail and consumer, telecommunications, utilities and financial services.  She spent several years in Central and Eastern Europe working in the valuation group of Deloitte & Touche’s in Prague, Czech Republic and at Coudert Brothers in Kazakhstan providing legal and financial due diligence.   Sarah is a CFA charter holder and received a Bachelor of Arts from University of Oregon.

Justin Horsman was formerly a Senior Associate at T. Rowe Price, working in their Fixed Income and Equity Pricing Divisions on valuations for large private placements. Justin holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the Pamplin College of Business in Business, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Technology at Virginia Tech.

Lissa Murakami was a Teaching Assistant in Applied Equity Analysis and Portfolio Management lecturing on valuation concepts prior to joining Evergreen Advisors.Lissa received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
