In Plano, Capital One volunteers participated in: · A half-day “Scope-A-Thon” · A "Women Empowerment Session" for female residents of the Samaritan Inn. During the session, women associates from Capital One’s Plano campus led small group discussions with approximately 20 Samaritan Inn residents on a range of basic but important topics related to achieving and maintaining success in the workforce.
