Commercial Assets from Escondido Country Club to be Sold via Online Auction

SAN DIEGO - Nov. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- The Escondido Country Club and Golf Course has officially closed it’s doors to the public and is currently liquidating their assets. The club will be teaming up with local liquidators, Cal Auctions, to host an online auction, ending on November 20th, 2013.

The Escondido Country Club was a pillar of North County for 40+ years, but sadly closed in May of 2013. They are now in the processes of recovering from their foreclosure and the surrounding neighbors are glad to see some progress in a positive direction. Management's goal is to sell all the remaining items from inside the club house, and the public will have a chance to bid on them.  "This is a necessary process to put the personal property back into the hands of the ultimate consumer, said Jason Hanks, GPPA, ATS, Owner of Cal Auctions.
