WASHINGTON - Nov. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Weather Underground founder and the “terrorist” vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin accused candidate Barack Obama of “palling around with” Bill Ayers; journalist James Reston Jr., whose new book The Accidental Victim presents an astonishing argument against the Warren Commission's findings and the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy; and The Wall Street Journal Drama Critic and author of the new biography Duke, A Life of Duke Ellingtonjoin The Halli Casser-Jayne Show, Wednesday, November 6, 3 pm ET.

Sixties activist Bill Ayers is the author of the acclaimed and controversial memoir Fugitive Days and many books on education, including To Teach, Teaching Toward Freedom, and A Kind and Just Parent. He is the founder of the Small Schools Workshop and was, until his retirement, Distinguished Professor of Education and Senior University Scholar at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His latest book Public Enemy: Confessions of an American Dissident chronicles Ayers’s “contradictory, messy, three dimensional flesh-and-blood work-in-progress” life over the last forty years.

James Reston Jr. is the author of 15 books, three plays, and numerous articles in The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Esquire, Rolling Stone and elsewhere. Reston has worked as a senior scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center; been the assistant to U.S. Secretary of the Interior Steward Udall, and served three years in the U.S. Army. He was David Frost’s Watergate advisor for the famous Frost/Nixon interviews. His account of that experience, The Conviction of Richard Nixon inspired Peter Morgan’s hit play, later the film Frost/Nixon.

Terry Teachout is the drama critic of The Wall Street Journal, the critic-at-large of Commentary, and the author of Sightings, a biweekly column for the Friday Journal about the arts in America. His previous books include Pops: A Life of Louis Armstrong and All in the Dances: A Brief Life of George Balanchine. Mr. Teachout has also written and the libretti for three operas. He served on the national Council on the Arts and was a Guggenheim Fellow.
