Holiday Inn Oceanside Marina Camp Pendleton Area wins IHG® 2013 Torchbearer Award

OCEANSIDE, Calif. - Nov. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- The Holiday Inn Oceanside Marina Camp Pendleton Area received the IHG® (InterContinental Hotels Group) 2013 Torchbearer Award, the company's most prestigious award.

The Torchbearer Award was presented during the 2013 IHG Americas Investors & Leadership Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, Oct. 28-30, 2013, held at The Venetian® | The Palazzo® Resorts-Hotel-Casino.

The Holiday Inn Oceanside Marina Camp Pendleton Area is one of only 8 Holiday Inn properties out of 800 and one of 69 properties within the Americas chosen from the IHG system of more than 4,600 hotels for achieving the highest levels of excellence in all aspects of operation -- from quality to customer satisfaction.  A 2013 Torchbearer trophy, the company's symbol of excellence, will be on permanent display at the hotel.  This is the property’s second consecutive Torchbearer Award, after being recognized by in 2011 with the IHG Newcomer Award for being the highest performing hotel that opened that year.
