MICAn Wins ‘Avatar’- The Quest for the Ultimate CEO at Backwaters- IIM Kozhikode 2013

AHMEDABAD, India - Nov. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- The objective of the event was finding that one individual best equipped to be the complete CEO – someone who can power the future and shape the destinies of key businesses.

For the first round, Manveer’s CV was selected as the official entry from MICA. Consequently, top ten entries from premier colleges like IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, SP Jain, MDI and MICA were called to the IIM-K campus for the final round. The penultimate round was spread over a period of 3 days where the participants went through multiple grueling rounds to test their potential for several skills that they are required to have for being an ideal CEO.

The tasks ranged from marketing strategy to case study analysis and B-plan presentation. Subsequently, five colleges namely MICA, IIM-A, IIM-B, IIM-k and SP Jain qualified for the next and final round. In this round, each contestant was asked to give a 5 minute speech based on which he/she had to answer a volley of tricky questions from judges and the audience.
