He will also discuss the SBA Express loans program, which is part of the government guaranteed 7(a) loan program offered to small businesses. As an SBA Express approved lender, Encore Bank can offer these 50% SBA guaranteed loans, up to $350,000, to small Southwest Florida businesses for general business purposes, such as working capital and equipment.
