MirrorCalendars.com launches charity fundraising project for Down Syndrome awareness & support

ASHTABULA, Ohio - Oct. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- MirrorCalendars.com is proud to announce the start of its 1^st Nomination program for Charitities, sponsored by the Dazzled by Downs calendar. To participate, Charities register for free, before October 31, 2013, and then encourage their supporters to vote.  At the end of November, the votes are tallied – the winning charity receives a donation, from MirrorCalendars.com.

Anne Nessa, founder of MirrorCalendars, said, ‘Dazzled by Downs is a high-end, custom-printed calendar (2014), featuring children and adults impacted by Down Syndrome.  The photographs are natural and unstaged – submitted by guardians and parents: the results are inspirational, exuding emotion and warmth. My ambitious goal is to sell 10,000 calendars before Christmas, raising $20,000 USD for charities in the process. The Nomination program, enables the funds we raise to be distributed to the most deserving cause(s) – in the fairest way possible, based upon public opinion’

They can also be ordered through Amazon, Etsy and various other leading retailers; a range of Dazzled by Downs merchandise is also available.  The goal is to create similar calendars, to generate funds & awareness for other, equally deserving causes.
