NSA-NJ Hosts 24-Hour Speak-A-Thon on November 14th to Celebrate Spirit of NSA Day

BRIDGEWATER, N.J. - Nov. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- On November 14, 2013, National Speakers Association, New Jersey Chapter (NSA-NJ) will celebrate Spirit of NSA Day, a national day of advocacy, honoring NSA Founder Cavett Robert, CSP, CPAE, and continuing NSA’s legacy of sharing giving  and encouraging NSA members to support one another.

Every November 14 serves as a reminder to NSA members world-wide to:

·        Focus on giving back

·        Provide genuine support to speaking colleagues

·        Take time to connect, help, mentor or refer business to other members without any expectation of reciprocation

The NJ Chapter of NSA has taken the mission of Spirit of NSA Day seriously, and will be holding a FREE Speak-A-Thon Talkcast for speakers, trainers, coaches, educators, humorists, motivators, consultants, authors and all who are or aspire to be speaking professionals.

“This year, to help the legacy continue and build a bigger NSA pie, NSA-NJ decided to host a 24-Hour Speak-A-Thon on the Spirit of NSA Day”, said NSA-NJ President Kevin Thompson, MPA, DTM.  “On Thursday, November 14, Midnight to Midnight, NSA-NJ will provide public access to education and entrepreneurial business knowledge needed to be successful in the speaking profession. “
