Not only that, but the book proves that heaven is not anything like what we’ve been previously taught, nor do we have to earn our place there through striving after righteousness.  Nor is hell anything like we’ve been taught—rather it is actually a psychic place of deep transformation.

In fact, the author tells us that we will not take the next step in our spiritual evolution until we can stop equating morality with spirituality, stop thinking in terms of good and evil and start living from the heaven we actually ARE.

The book has the potential to rock the spiritual world—not only traditional spiritual worlds, but those of all of the consciousness-raising movements such as the New Thought, the New Age and the Human Potential Movements. Mathews is the author of two other books, Restoring My Soul: A Workbook for Finding and Living the Authentic Self, and The Law Of Attraction: The Soul’s Answer To Why It Isn’t Working And How It Can. She is a practicing psychotherapist, corporate trainer and speaker and she has published several articles in spiritual and informational magazines around the world. She served as the Editor of two small literary presses and has published several poems in other literary magazines.
