ONE Fashion Outlet adds Salomon, Mustang, Retro Jeans and Aftershock to its tenant list

BRATISLAVA, Slovakia - Oct. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- ONE Fashion Outlet adds Salomon, Mustang, Retro Jeans and Aftershock to its tenant list.

ONE Fashion Outlet has unveiled a host of new high-end fashion tenants ahead of its opening on 30^th October 2013. Salomon, Mustang, Retro Jeans and Aftershock join the highly-anticipated list of retailers soon to open in the fashion outlet.

The outlet will be the first of its kind in Slovakia and already has 75% of tenants already signed and a further 20% in negotiation. With iconic brands continually being added to the scheme, it has brought unprecedented excitement to the CEE region. Strategically situated next to 5000sq ft. of lake grounds, ONE Fashion Outlet boasts a stunning backdrop and its excellent food offering makes it the ideal destination for a family day out.

Slovakia’s population has a growing need for high-end brands and the scheme has situated itself on the D1 Highway in Voderady just outside of Bratislava to have the maximum catchment area. The centre consists of 15,000m2 retail area and includes 70 retail units in total.

The October opening sees the scheme’s first phase open with a total investment of €30million and roughly 300 new job openings.

ONE Fashion Outlet is the creation of a group of retail and factory outlet experts.  Working with outlet specialists, Rioja Developments, the 75 million Euro investment has been designed with leading architect Holder Mathias, and letting agents Rohleder Lumby and SJ International will be handling the leasing.

The centre’s catchment includes Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungry. One Fashion Outlet is due to open in October 2013, and it will be accessible by 4.8 million people within a 90- minute drive.The center will be open 7 days a week.
