Imperial Properties’ Adrian Schulz Elected to Boards of Two Major Industry Organizations

WINNIPEG, Manitoba - Oct. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Imperial Properties has announced that President and CEO Adrian Schulz has been elected to the boards of directors of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Manitoba chapter and the FIABCI Canadian chapter.

As part of his work with these two organizations, Schulz will help advance the property management industry on regional, national and international basis.

The CCI is an independent nonprofit organization that serves as the country’s only centralized clearinghouse for condominium-related issues and activities. The group, including the Manitoba chapter, helps members establish and operate sound condo corporations by providing education, workshops, technical assistance and more. Schulz will attend the upcoming CCI National Leader Forum in Toronto November 14-16, which will feature educational opportunities, trainings, speakers and a chance to meet and network with property management professionals from throughout Canada.

FIABCI, the international real estate federation, is open to real estate professionals across the globe. It currently has more than 4,200 members across 56 countries, with 117 different national associations. Schulz will represent Canada at the federation’s World Council of Managers.
