The HGS team team began its call center services in Peoria H1 center in 1973 with about 50 customer service representatives. HGS delivers from 10 centers in the U.S., four of which are located in Peoria (one of them being the fulfillment center). 2300 associates operate from these centers catering to over 130 customers.
