Creative Technology launches Sound Blaster Omni Surround 5.1 USB sound card

Creative Technology Ltd recently introduced the Sound Blaster Omni Surround 5.1, its latest high-performance external sound card. Aside from providing cinematic quality audio playback via the Soundblaster SBX Pro Studio suite, it also features a dual array microphone with CrystalVoice Technology that delivers high voice recording clarity for exceptional communication and content creation.

The Sound Blaster Omni Surround 5.1 connects to laptops, PCs or Macs through a simple USB cable, offering an effortless installation process. It comes with the Sound Blaster Omni Control Panel software suite for advanced audio processing. SBX Pro Studio and CrystalVoice technologies enhance virtual surround spaciousness for cinema-like audio quality. A built-in dual microphone array offers clear audio pickup, ideal for recording, video conferencing, multiplayer games, and online chats. The Scout Mode gives a distinct video gaming advantage by allowing players to hear from long distances during combats.
