Justice Barton Realty Group Invited to Join Agent Leadership Council

RICHMOND, Va. - Oct. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- The Justice Barton Realty Group is a top rated real estate team operating throughout the Richmond, Virginia area under the umbrella of Keller Williams®.  Their team is comprised of two veteran agents and company owners, JoanElaine Justice and Erin Barton.  During 2013, they have grown to include a Buyers Specialist, Kristen Bellamy and a Business Manager, Mary-Catherine Berry.  Their team members specialize in commercial and residential real estate and offer buyer and listing services.

Recently, the JBRG has been invited to attend the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams.  Referred as the ALC, this group is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office. This dynamic ‘board of directors’  is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. By having input from these associates, each office can tailor their strategies to thrive in all stages of the market.  The JBRG has attended and served on this council last year and several times before that, due to their top producing status.

ALC meetings take place monthly and all agents in the office are encouraged to attend to offer their advice. During this meeting, profit/loss statements are reviewed (open books policy), educational/training ideas are implemented and brainstorming is done to find the best ways to make the office more successful. With all agents having a say in how the company is run and treated as business partners rather than just associates, agents share a true passion for making sure Keller Williams is the best place to run a real estate business.
