Eric Griffith of Kathy Marlowe & Associates Realty Completes CLHMS Training

SARASOTA, Fla. - Oct. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Realtor Eric Griffith of Kathy Marlowe & Associates Realty recently completed the luxury home marketing training course offered by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. The course is a step towards earning the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation.

The course – which covered such topics as demographics of the affluent, lifestyle segmentation, trends and amenities in today’s luxury home product, and creating a marketing plan for the multimillion dollar property – was taught by Laurie Moore-Moore, President of the Dallas-based Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and author of the book, “Rich Buyer, Rich Seller! The Real Estate Agents’ Guide to Marketing Luxury Homes.”

Griffith is an award-winning Sales Associate who specializes in the luxury home market in the Sarasota, Florida market. He has spent more than 20 years living in Europe where he learned to speak fluent German. A native of New York City, he holds a Master of Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University.

His many years working as a Financial Program Analyst for the U.S. Government gives him a decided edge in real estate market analysis. He also uses his skills as an accomplished photographer to best showcase his clients’ properties in professional marketing materials.
