Canadian Builder Completes First San Diego Housing Development

SAN DIEGO - Oct. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Parc Riviera, the first housing development of British Columbia-based Regent International, is now complete at 4048 Riviera Drive in Pacific Beach, California. Close to Mission Bay and Fanuel Park, the development is comprised of three 1,600 to 1800-square foot detached single-family homes.

Each home features two or three bedrooms, a two-car garage, and a large tiled rooftop deck pre-plumbed for gas grilling to create a complete outdoor living and entertainment space. Architect Al Di Donato worked closely with Regent International to create these comfortable living spaces with clean, modern materials and impressive views that highlight San Diego coastal living. “The design of the three homes aimed to take advantage of this prime coastal location by efficiently utilizing the constraints of the urban site in a refined manner,” said Di Donato.
