Linium Welcomes Steven Horvath as Chief Technology Officer

Oct. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- New York, NY, October 24, 2013 – Linium is pleased to announce that Steven Horvath has joined the Linium executive team as Chief Technology Officer.  Steve comes to us from the Chicago area as a seasoned executive for both Fortune 500 and small businesses.  With over 25 years of experience as a cross-functional technology executive, Steve is an expert at enabling organizations to understand technology convergence and strategically embrace opportunity.

In his position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Linium, Steve will provide strategic and technology guidance with the continuous goal of expanding Linium’s already extensive service offerings, developing new markets, and solidifying key programs such as Linium’s Managed Service Program (MSP), IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) competencies.  His focus will be on aligning business and technology to develop a clear vision, deliver opportunity and enable competitive differentiation.

Steve is an experienced executive, proven consultant, and a successful entrepreneur.  He has managed high-growth and fast paced environments achieving success in multi-billion dollar industries.  His career demonstrates expertise in combining strategic visioning with tactical disciplines to capture market-share and drive financial results.  Steve has successfully established himself is a recognized leader in aligning technology innovation with business operations to help organizations achieve valuable results.

Prior to Joining Linium, Steve worked at Xerox (ITO and Retail Services division) where he served as the Solutions Consulting Executive providing strategy and technology leadership in building their global MSP platform.  While there, Steve was instrumental in creating an enterprise systems roadmap and deploying on a global scale (US, Europe and Asia) servicing over 16,000 retail locations.  Prior to Xerox, Steve held the positions of Partner & Principal Consultant for a Management and Technology Organization, as well as serving as the VP of Technology for the Turner Corporation and a divisional CIO for the ServiceMaster Company.
