Within this role, Williams will manage a number of key client accounts and focus on bringing in new business. Williams’ proven background in digital marketing, both agency and client-side, as well as his proven business development skills, will help ensure Lab Lateral grows at record pace in its aim to become one of the UK’s top 20 digital agencies within the next 5 years.

Williams comes to Lab Lateral with over 14 years’ experience in digital marketing. Most recently, he was Group Account Director at Thinking Juice, an award-winning digital agency based in Bournemouth, where he managed accounts such as John Lewis, Marshall, and G Plan, and delivered significant financial growth in just two years. Prior to that, he was Digital Marketing Manager at LV=, helping to deliver strategic digital marketing across the general insurance product portfolio, ensuring successful delivery of sales targets across all digital channels and managing a budget of £13 million. Before that, Williams spent 2 years at agency iCrossing UK, leading a team of account managers, analysts, and strategists for clients included Virgin Atlantic, Allianz, and Kiddicare. Williams’ career has also included stints at global media agency Zenith Optimedia, insurance company esure, and HotOnline. He holds a BA Hons. in Geography and Applied Information Technology from The College of St. Mark and St. John.
