Stephanie McIntosh, Editorial Manager of the site, came up with the idea for the competition theme, “It’s not always easy getting dinner on the table during the week. No matter how many mouths you need to feed, finding the time, energy and inspiration to make a tasty, nutritious meal in record time is hard work. By choosing the competition theme, weeknight dinners, we are searching for the best recipes home cooks reach for when time is short. And to reward those who work so hard during the week to make that family meal.” To compete in this month’s contest visit Gourmandize.co.uk and submit all entries before 12 November 2013.
