Theron Milo's family friendly Magic Show at Thatcher-Young Mansion Monday, November 23rd

LOGAN, Utah - Nov. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- On Monday, November 23rd at 7 p.m. the Hatch Academy of Magic and Music and the Cache Conjurers Association will host a family friendly performance of magic by Theron Milo, the Rocky Mountain Wizard, at the Thatcher-Young Mansion in Logan. Among the highlights of his hour long performance will be the dancing handkerchief, the magic billiard balls, and Robert Harbin's Zig Zag illusion, regarded by many experts as the greatest illusion of the 20th century.

Theron Milo has studied and practiced the art of magic most of his life. While completing his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University, Theron performed as the house magician for the famous Brick Oven Restaurant in Provo, Utah. Theron was also instrumental in organizing Abracadabra, the premier magician’s society at Brigham Young University which now boasts over 20 active members. Theron is currently serving as the President of the Utah chapter of The Society of American Magicians—the oldest magicians' society in the world. He has designed and built illusions for productions such as Disney’s Beauty and The Beast—in which he simulated the levitation and transformation of the beast. Theron will be assisted in this performance by his wife, Kate, whom he met while both were students at BYU. They met in the trumpet section of the marching band. Kate majored in Biology and Theron in Philosphy. Both plan to attend law school in Nebraska next year, so this may be the last chance to catch this entertaining couple in Cache Valley for some time.
