GuideK12 Named Finalist for 14th Annual TEKNE Awards

Oct. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Eagan, MN - The Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA) has named Eagan-based, GuideK12 (http://www.guidek12.com), as a finalist in the Education Technology category for the 2013 Tekne Awards (http://www.tekneawards.org). Winners will be named during the Nov. 6 ceremony held at the Minneapolis Convention Center. The Tekne Awards honor Minnesota companies and individuals who have shown superior technology innovation and leadership.

The MHTA Foundation (http://www.mhta.org) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1985 to promote and support excellence in Science, math and technology in education.  Along with its technology based company members, MHTA looks to promote Technology in education, positioning MN as a top tech state to watch.  In addition to the prestigious Tekne Awards, MHTA also awards individual scholarships to undergraduate students in STEM disciplines.
