Palmetto Childproofing Attends Las Vegas ABC Kids Expo

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Oct. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Palmetto Childproofing, a Charlotte based professional babyproofing company, recently attended the 11^th annual ABC Kids Expo held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The four-day event, considered the largest industry trade show of its kind for juvenile products, attracted over 10,000 combined exhibitors and attendees from all over the world.  It was held October 15-18, 2013 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Mike Bost, vice president of Palmetto Childproofing, represented his company at the event. “With over 900 manufacturers and distributors in attendance, this event offers an incredible opportunity for retailers like me to see first-hand the newest and most innovative juvenile products hitting the market,” said Bost, who has been awarded the Certified Professional Childproofer designation by the International Association for Child Safety.

With nearly one million square feet of exhibit space, Bost added that the show can be a little overwhelming.  “There’s an enormous amount of floor space to walk here,” said Bost.  “The best advice I was ever given for the event: wear comfortable shoes.”

Bost, who has attended the ABC Kids Expo in previous years, stated that his primary focus at the event is on finding new and innovative child safety products that he can incorporate into his babyproofing business.

“Each time I have attended the event,” said Bost, “I have always found new safety products that I can start to offer my clients to help create a safer home environment for their baby—this year I’m happy to report that I can once again say: mission accomplished.”
