THANE, India - Oct. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Our Client Mr. K. DHEIVANAYAGAN is the proprietor and applicant for the patent application in respect of ‘systems and methods for holding a bottle’, in India under patent application no. 4262/CHE/2013, filed on 20/09/2013, which is also the priority date of the application.

Please note that any patent filed after our priority date covering the same or substantially similar invention, shall not have the priority on this invention and consequently shall not have any legal standing, under the provisions of Patents Act, 1970 of India.

The patent application provides a system and method for holding a bottle, wherein the system comprises a holding structure sized to enclose whole of a bottle; and a movable semicircular-ring structure; wherein said holding structure comprises a main-frame; and an approximately U-shaped structure; wherein the main-frame comprises at least two approximately L-shaped portions; and a circular ring; wherein the at least two approximately L-shaped portions, each of the at least two approximately L-shaped portions comprises a first arm and a second arm forming the L shape; and projection from the free end of the first arm of the at least two approximately L-shaped portions.

We hereby notify publicly and to whomsoever it may concern that in respect of the said application and the invention covered in the application, that any attempt whether successful or unsuccessful to copy, reproduce, use, recreate, import or practice the patent pending invention or any invention substantially similar to the patent pending invention, may be in contravention of law of India, and shall attract suitable legal action on Civil as well as criminal grounds, including claims of compensation and injunctions.
