Produced and directed by Brandy Rainey Amsel, “In Her Shoes” features Betty Staehr, a former client of Dress for Success Austin. Betty went from having an ideal life to sitting on the curb of the Salvation Army, to then rebuilding her life and giving back to the community that supported her in a time of need. “In Her Shoes” is an inspirational story of triumph, compassion, and making a difference in the world. Selected from over 200 entries, “In Her Shoes” was also featured at the 2012 Austin Film Festival, Lights. Camera. Help.
