INDIANAPOLIS - Oct. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- October 15, 2013 was a violent Tuesday night in the city of Indianapolis, specifically in Marion County.  Three (3) people were shot in less than an hour - the number of calls reporting shootings grew in numbers over the past few months.  Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has issued statements acknowledging that five (5) out of the last ten (10) murders have occurred in apartment complexes in Marion County.  Special Task Force Protection Agency (STFPA) has offered their security consulting services to aid in the combat of the senseless violence and murders taking place in these apartment complexes.
