Campus Evolution Villages Hires Seven New Executives To Handle Burgeoning Growth

NEW YORK - Oct. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- NEW YORK, NY — Campus Evolution Villages, LLC (www.cevillages.com) today announced it has added seven new real estate investment, management and operations professionals to its team. The new members will work out of Campus Evolution's New York City offices and at the company's properties across the country.

         Mihir Rawal serves as Campus Evolution Villages' Chief Financial Officer. He is a CPA and a Chartered Accountant with more than ten years experience in public and private accounting, particularly in real estate. Prior to joining Campus Evolution Villages, he served as Assistant Controller at Retail Opportunities Investment Corporation, a publicly traded REIT with $1 billion in assets.

         Robin Rains joins Campus Evolution Villages as a Managing Director responsible for asset management and business development. Previously, she served as Managing Director of Asset Management at Kayne Anderson Realty Advisors, one of the largest owners and developers of purpose-built student housing.

         Nathaniel “Nate” Fowler is a Director at Lauderhill Partners, LLC and Campus Evolution Villages, LLC. Lauderhill is a diversified merchant banking firm and the sponsor/owner of Campus Evolution, LLC, parent company of Campus Evolution Villages. Nate previously worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Cantor Fitzgerald.

         Campus Evolution Villages' new Vice President of Third Party Services, Thomas Burkett, most recently served as Regional Manager and National Director of Leasing and Marketing at Asset Campus Housing and Capstone Real Estate Investments, respectively.

         Campus Evolution Villages is also pleased to welcome Mark Miller, Gregg Redmerski and Donna Tripp to our management team. Prior to joining Campus Evolution Villages as Regional Manager, Mark Miller assisted McKinley, Inc. with its entrance into the Houston, TX. market. Gregg Redmerski comes to Campus Evolution Villages from GHP Management and previously held positions at Greystar Student Living, Tribridge Residential and RealPage. Donna Tripp joins Campus Evolution Villages as a Regional Manager. She previously served as regional and area manager for such national and regional student housing operators as The Preiss Company and The Edwards Company
