Evolve Institute Center For Growth & Empowerment Opens In Cary, NC

CARY, N.C. - Oct. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- The Inaugural Open House for the Evolve Institute Center for Growth and Empowerment will be held in Cary, North Carolina on October 21st from 6:30- 8:00 pm. The Evolve Institute Center for Growth and Empowerment, a Division of Catalyst Action Coaching, LLC, is a center dedicated to the personal and professional growth of individuals and business leaders for the purpose of enacting positive change in our lives, our workplaces, and our community.

During the Open House, a 30-minute seminar on "Mindfulness for Our Busy Lives" will be offered. The event starts at 6:30 pm with a short introduction and welcome, then the 30 minute seminar followed by fellowship.

Imagine a place where the sole purpose is to inspire you to live your life to the fullest. This was Rebecca Cooley's intention when she founded the Evolve Institute Center for Growth & Empowerment. Rebecca is a Certified Professional Coach and CEO of Catalyst Action Coaching, LLC and offers one-on-one life, career, executive, and public speaking coaching for individuals and leaders in the Triangle area. Through classes at the Evolve Institute Center for Growth & Empowerment, she feels that the message of personal empowerment can reach more people and effect much needed positive change.

The Evolve Institute Center for Growth and Empowerment is intended to be an incubator for the budding human spirit determined to evolve where individuals can transform their selves, their community, and their workplace.
