ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Oct. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- – Rochester, NY – The Clinical Conductor team has recently returned from a successful three days at the 2013 Site Solutions Summit in Amelia Island, FL. Hosted by the Society of Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), the Site Solutions Summit brought together over 550 individuals from clinical research organizations from around the world. Armed with recently updated applications, the Clinical Conductor team set out to connect with new industry personnel and educate them on how Clinical Conductor CTMS applications can meet every challenge and help them to reach their true potential in clinical research.

From the summit’s opening, to long after other vendors had disassembled their booths, the Clinical Conductor team was hard at work meeting individuals from research organizations around the world and introducing them to Clinical Conductor CTMS applications with short, personalized product demonstrations.

“We were introduced to many individuals from research organizations of all sizes with all kinds of unique needs,” says Director of Business Development, Michael Bonavilla. “It just goes to show how the Clinical Conductor applications are the most comprehensive CTMS readily available to meet even the most complex needs of any organization.”

The Site Solutions Summit was made even better because the Clinical Conductor team had the chance to meet face-to-face with dozens of current Clinical Conductor users. These users were even seen advocating the great features Clinical Conductor provides. This expression of support from a multitude of Clinical Conductor users helped enhance the credibility of the application, and aided in keeping the Clinical Conductor booth flush with visitors throughout the duration of the summit.

Prior to the start of the conference, the Clinical Conductor team hosted a user group session, where Clinical Conductor users came together and discussed the CTMS application and the ways they use it to meet their needs. This all-day event allowed current users to come together and discuss best practices, and share many interesting tips to better use the Clinical Conductor software. The Clinical Conductor team also went over some of Clinical Conductor’s newly updated features, and received in-depth feedback from users about the application, which will help Clinical Conductor continue to meet the needs of every organization.

In addition to this great Clinical Conductor exposure, Bio-Optronics CEO, Dan Kerpelman, presented a donation made to the Greater Gift Initiative in the name of the Society of Clinical Research Sites. This donation was for over 550 Pentavalent vaccine donations, which is one vaccine for every attendee of this year’s Site Solutions Summit. The Pentavalent vaccine, donated by Clinical Conductor, protects against 5 childhood diseases: diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTP), hepatitis B, Haemophilius influenzae type b.

This year’s Site Solution Summit was a great venue for the Clinical Conductor team to reconnect with existing users and educate other research organization personnel on how Clinical Conductor is the only CTMS capable of meeting every challenge they may encounter. As SCRS continues to grow, Clinical Conductor will continue to remain a prominent strategic partner in helping clinical research organizations continue to raise the bar in clinical research.
