Holder created the B-leaf PMS System when she found that skin care products that treat blemishes all utilized harsh, drying chemicals. She wanted a treatment that helped over-35 skin regain a youthful appearance by softening lines and wrinkles at the same time it eradicated blemishes. As part of the criteria, she insisted that only natural and organic ingredients should go into the formulation. B-leaf Botanics meets all of these standards and is also cruelty-free and vegan. The skin care line now features solutions for dry, sun-damaged skin as well.
Among the honorees receiving the gift sets are Michelle Vicary (LA Femme Executive Achievement Award), Executive Vice President of Programming for Crown Media Family Networks; Judy Reyes (LA Femme Lupe Ontiveros Image Award), of television drama "Devious Maids"; Sara Rue (LA Femme Comedic Actress Award), best known for her starring role in ABC's "Less Than Perfect"; and Teri Polo (LA Femme Innovative Award), the co-lead on the new ABC Family show "The Fosters." Said Holder of the honorees, "We're excited to be a part of their night! They are an inspiration to all and their dedication to their craft uplifts all women seeking to make their mark."
Over 60 film makers and industry executives in the industry will also receive gifts of B-leaf Botanics Balance face lotion and nearly 200 other guests of the evening will receive samples B-leaf's newest addition, Nourish green tea and lemongrass body lotion.
