GCF Quiz App Is All About Learning, Not About Testing and Stress

With a priority on learning, rather than just assessment or testing, the free GCF Quiz app is designed as a flexible studying tool with an emphasis on repetition and content exposure.

By removing the stress of grades or scores, the GCF Quiz app encourages users to create, share, and take quizzes on a variety of subjects, providing users with the choice and flexibility of what they learn. With a minimal design, a simple swipe and tap interface allows learners to create and take quizzes easily and quickly.

By using the included Excel spreadsheet tool, the user can quickly make a quiz on any subject and then share it via email with friends, students, classmates, and colleagues. Four modalities (Include v. Exclude and Random v. Linear) allow the user to choose the level of repetition and content exposure.

In less than three years of creating free educational apps for various mobile platforms, GCFLearnFree.org has launched 17 mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Kindle. Many of these mobile apps have been based on the popular free tutorials that can be found at GCFLearnFree.org. However, the mobile development team is now focusing on creating original apps with a different approach to learning and targeting new audiences.

The GCF Quiz mobile app is optimized for most Android supported devices with enhanced graphics and design.

Although the GCF Quiz mobile app has an initial launch group of 8quizzes, users are encouraged to create quizzes that are relevant for their lives and then share their favorite quiz via email to apps at gcflearnfree dot org.
