Roland Comtois Keynote Speaker at Rhode Island Holistic Awareness Day

The public is invited to hear Roland share insights garnered through a lifetime of work as a nurse, holistic healer, grief counselor and inspirational speaker at his keynote presentation from 12:15 – 1:30 PM on Holistic Awareness Day 2013, Sunday November 3 at the Sheraton Airport Hotel, 1850 Post Road, in Warwick, Rhode Island. Tickets to the all-day healing event are $7 per person, which includes admission to presentations and practitioners’ booths. Seating is limited for Roland’s keynote address; early registration is advised.

The author of two books on eternal love, And Then There Was Heaven and 16 Minutes, When One Breath Ends, Another Begins and the host of Soul Stories on his Talk Stream Spiritual Radio Network, Roland is renowned for his expertise and insights on grief and spiritual healing. He is a frequent guest speaker at holistic and healing events around the country, including presenting with best selling authors Suzanne Northrup and Dr. Eben Alexander at the 2013 AfterLife Conference in St. Louis and hosting the 7^th annual After Loss Conference in Stamford, Connecticut. As a gerontology nurse early in his professional career, he is well versed in the physical needs required during end of life care. As a holistic healer, he is in tune to the spiritual support that is needed during life and death.

“Unlike death, birth is a cause for celebration. It signifies the start of an unknown journey filled with promise. But death is a journey too, a time when all of us will pass over to another unknown place,” said Roland, who acknowledges that while joy marks one’s birth, grief overwhelms during one’s passing.

“Love is Eternal, everlasting and present in every moment of life,” said Roland. He  says is important to embrace each eventuality with the love that is overwhelmingly present at the beginning and end of one’s life, for it is this love that connects those in the here-and-now with those in the hereafter..

During his presentation, Roland will take his audience on a journey of hope and love as he speaks about the very real healing power of spiritual connection and communication. He will share experiences personal and poignant, from the passing of friends and mentors to the last Earthly moments he spent with his mother, life-changing moments all. He will talk about the grief process for the dying and for the living, offering valuable tips on how to manage the process, maneuver through the pain and fear and begin to heal again. He will explain how spiritual messages are delivered, how to receive them and their significance in the healing process and he will show his trademark pre-recorded Purple Paper messages documenting conversations from Heaven to Earth. In so doing, he will offer his audience comforting irrefutable proof that the love we know on Earth does not end with death, filling the room with hope, one of the most healing gifts of all.
