The Lions Clubs of San Luis Obispo county recently launched a new website for their School Children’s Eye Disorders Identified Program, www.slolionseyes.org. The website was donated by Dr. Derek B. Lauritzen, MD of Retina Specialists of the Central Coast.

The website, built by AR & Co. PR & Marketing in Paso Robles, was initiated by Optometrist Doug Major to provide information about the 47+ screenings performed by the Lions Clubs of San Luis Obispo County every fall.

The screenings are made possible through the funding and volunteer work of the San Luis Obispo County Lions Clubs, School District nurses and staff, optometrists Dr. Derek B. Lauritzen and Dr. Doug Major among other local optometrists. For a full list of participating eye doctors, visit www.slolionseyes.org.
