Madison Capital Hires VP of Business Development

BALTIMORE - Oct. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Richard’s areas of responsibility include business development and originations.A native of Baltimore, Richard brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. During his professional career, Richard has worked as a Business Loan Officer, Business Development Officer, and a Financial Advisor.  His experience was gained at banks, brokerage firms, and a credit union. In addition, he has been a business owner.

Prior to joining Madison Capital, Richard held the position of Assistant Vice President/Commercial Lending at the Harbor Bank of Maryland and Business Development Officer at Palmetto Citizens FCU in Columbia, South Carolina. In these two positions, he assisted small and large business owners in acquiring credit lines and financing for vehicles, equipment, and real estate.  “We are excited to have Richard joining our team. Richard has held financial sales positions at Bank of America, Legg Mason, and A.G. Edwards and Sons. Richard is a member of the Baltimore Business Journal networking group. He has one son attending the University of South Carolina and resides in Owings Mills, MD.

Richard has been an active member and volunteer of several organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
