GUILDFORD, U.K. - Oct. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- M2M solutions provider Eseye and VoIP hardware partner Dataflex will showcase the new HERA800 business continuity router at this week’s Broadsoft Connections Go Beyond event in San Diego.

The latest in the HERA series of enterprise-grade integrated services routers, the HERA800 delivers all the border elements required by carriers, offering VoIP gateway, wire-speed Gb routing, Wi-Fi, enterprise session border controller (e-SBC) and full machine-to-machine and 4G/LTE functionality. With the HERA800, Eseye and Dataflex carrier partners can now deploy e-SBC capability to fully enable SIP trunking services and provide additional layered security into their business customer voice networks.

The HERA800 platform has been built to advanced open standards with high performance processors and hardware accelerators that enable business continuity and VPN security services together with hosting WebRTC video conferencing apps. The HERA800 range also comes with firmware updates supporting third party vendor equipment such as IP video, SIP phones, Serial, Telemetry and Zigbee connected devices.  It is also fully compliant with TR-069 and BroadWorks device management systems (DMS).

The HERA800 launch comes just months after the release of the HERA600 series of 3G routers – a range of feature-rich wireless 3G and Wi-Fi integrated services routers. With additional features set for release in next year’s ViNE3000 range, Eseye and Dataflex are now in a position to offer the most cost-effective, SIP-based demarcation, CPE solutions with unparalleled performance and wireless capability.

The 2012 merger of Dataflex and Eseye brought to market the best combination in next generation wireless services and voice technologies, which will be showcased at the Broadsoft event.

Eseye CEO Julian Hardy believes the two companies make the perfect partnership.

“Eseye and Dataflex’s HERA800 router offers service providers an all-in-one future-proof voice and data solution. Demand for e-SBCs in our current voice markets continues to rise and there couldn't be a better time to present a business continuity router that delivers on every level. Eseye and Dataflex are proving to be a formidable force in M2M and VoIP, providing a complete end-to-end service with full design, deployment and support capabilities. Not only do we deliver exceptional product design and development expertise, but our commitment to M2M solutions is clear through our dedication to our customers' industries, delivering managed connectivity and outstanding technical support.”

Dataflex CTO Jon Darley says the HERA800 release is a landmark product launch for the two firms.

“Dataflex has been manufacturing and supplying enterprise grade integrated access devices (IADs) and voice gateways to carriers worldwide for over a decade and through its partnership with Eseye, we can now offer our customers a wider range of applications and services. This latest product launch marks another significant chapter for both companies as we continue to develop world class M2M solutions.”
