DMS Corp. Promotes Team Members to Leadership Positions
In the last couple of months, an increase in demand for DMS Corp. services has led to an increase in work. In turn, this has meant that team members have been promoted and new people hired to work with the company. There have been three branch manager positions made available in the company, which were quickly filled by DMS Corp. team members. Lucky individuals included Joe, Jon and Megan. Management commented on the recent promotions, saying:
“We would like to wish Megan, Jon and Joe all the luck in the world, but we know they don’t need it. Throughout their time at DMS Corp., all three have regularly shown that they are capable and professional, and we just know that their work as branch managers will be of the same high standard.”
As Branch Managers, their number one responsibility is to manage, mentor, and motivate the marketing team. They will also be responsible for all aspects of human resources from hiring to training new staff. Lastly they will be working in administration and finances like banking, payroll, budgeting, and strategic game planning for new promotions.
Other promotions include three promotions to leadership level. These three team members are Nick, Jonathan and Matthew. These three team members were also congratulated by management, with a member of management passing on their best wishes and luck to these new leaders.
In their new roles, Nick, Jonathan and Matthew will be in charge of running campaigns and managing territories. Further roles include team development, demographic research, employee training, recruitment, contacting clients and overseeing a number of clients at any one time.
