The three-day conference is held every three years and this year focused on best technology practices in the remodeling industry and provided practical business management solutions to improve and strengthen businesses. Individual sessions included programs on leadership, customer service, time-saving technology tips, publicity, and ways to improve company culture. Daily programs were interspersed with strategic focus groups and roundtable discussions.
