Washington, DC Politicians are destroying the mission of small Churches and the masses of the poor

PENSACOLA, Fla. - Oct. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Both the nation’s poor and the mission of small American churches are at a standstill and on paths to destruction. Issues continue to plague the countries voiceless, as Washington holds the American people hostage. The BP Oil Spill in the Gulf Coast Region has devastated the poor communities without recourse for the small churches and the poor in their cash economy. The tornadoes and rain storms in the Mid West and fires of the West have devastated communities.  The issue of lack of housing is increasing on the coast of the Northeast with homelessness across America growing rampant. New York and New Jersey continue to face challenges from natural and manmade disasters.  Poor children are being forced out of their neighborhood schools and the schools of the poor are being closed due to standardized testing. Poor people are locked in their communities without the chance of mobility due to the lack of 18/7 transportation and mass urban and intrastate transportation for public usage. There are services lacking for the mentally disadvantaged in poor communities and violations of environmental justices for the underrepresented. Finally, our small churches which is the industry and network for missions in order to connect and serve in the community, are now at a tremendous loss due to the shut down dilemma that is taking place in Washington, DC.

Old Pharaoh Style politicians, who are selfish and irresponsible when it comes to the priority of governing for the people of America, have failed us due to a Shutdown of millions of employees. This has devastated millions of dollars in the cash industry in the poor communities. The masses of the middle class workers, including government workers in America, are the economical supporters of poor people in small Churches and in urban and rural communities. The middle class and government workers are the people who give economical stimulants to the black, brown, singles, and homeless people in America through missions and tithes in the church. This group provides part time work to the cash economy for those providing services including lawn care, barbers, beauticians, maintenance workers, maids, cooks, etc. The part-time workers who work for the middle class are the supporters and tither’s for small Black Churches.  These Churches are now on the brink of extinction. Churches and ministers are highly significant in the poor communities; their missions provide an opportunity of worshiping and connecting with this captive group, the poor.  Our churches and our non-profit organization are on the brink of extinction at this hour, we are in desperate need of a “chicken in our pot.”

Art Rocker, Chairman and Founder of a national organization, Operation People For Peace, a three year old organization that was born out of the BP disaster and sanctioned by Ken Feinberg former CZAR of BP Claims, (www.operationpeopleforpeace.org)  and it’s 500,000 plus members including over 400 churches and affiliates say “We need a chicken in every Pot.”  This organization represents all people, including small mom and pop businesses, small churches, and individuals regardless of color or race. Presently, there is a concerted effort to destroy the poor, misfortunate, widows, handicapped, the ill and destitute in America by killing the tithing of dollars that are donated to small churches in America.  These churches were built by the poor with nickels, dimes and quarters over the years.  The church is the first responder for the needy in poor communities. “The shutdown of government workers kills what little cash economy there is for the masses of poor people who are part time workers. These individuals work one, two or three days a month as maids, babysitters, car washers, shoe shiners, jitters, janitors, grass cutters, pressure washers, veterans’ wives workers, waiters and waitresses, car washers, hotel workers, servers, etc. This is the group that supports small churches and the community. The tithes that the church receives from poor and their cash economy is the stimulant for the church and it’s mission in giving back to the community.  These are the people who have had to succumb to those unavoidable circumstances that have prevailed over their personal lives. “Agenda Driven Politicians” are not concerned of the plight of the masses or the daily circumstances of poor people that live in our country. Politicians in DC should have a joyful spirit in helping the poor communities, yet they close-out opportunities for the poor to receive their cash economy.”

In closing, the masses of the poor and working classes are the Dow- Jones average and industry in our communities. These communities have an intrinsic value due to their cultural contribution and the institutions that their offspring brings to our future.  Their children, who are the leaders for our future generation and leadership in America, are afforded privileges and are presently in a panic. These people have gone through many recessions and have gone beyond a depression; they are suffering and dying with no hope. With this concurrency, this is devastating to our forefathers and this nation.
