“It is such a surreal experience to return to Bridgeton, NJ where my ancestors on my mother’s side are part of the agricultural history of NJ the Gould family of Gouldtown; and in state where my grandmother on my father’s side served over 25 years at Campbell’s Soup as a professional soup taster amongst many other positions of contribution to the food industry. Many seek success outside the home but sometimes the success of a small business can start with you in your home cooking in your kitchen amongst family and friends. The result can be simply word of mouth, now considered social media, spreading about how good your food or drink tastes. Now, it’s time for you to take it to the next level. Rutgers University Food Innovation Center provides guidance on those steps,” stated Erica Collins a native of Cherry Hill, NJ.
