Quarterback Challenge, Guest Speaker, Krist Wilde, & Student Fun on October 29th

MONROE, Wash. - Oct. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- On Tuesday, October 29th, at 7pm, The Rock Church Youth will be hosting a High School Quarterback Challenge for their monthly United Night. High School Quarterbacks from Sultan, Monroe, Snohomish and Lake Stevens, WA will compete in a series of challenges to determine this year’s best quarterback. Along with the challenge, Students (6th-12th grade) will get to tailgate in the lobby of the church with chicken wings and nachos. TRC Youth will also be raffling away an iPad Mini.

Students are encouraged to represent their school by wearing their school colors and show our special guest speaker, Krist Wilde, what “school spirit” is really like. Krist is a teaching pastor at Capital Christian Center (Boise, ID) who is passionate about Generations Ministry. He enjoys speaking on subjects such as “Jesus is For Everyone” and “Living Better Together.” A humble, funny guy, we are honored to have Krist join in on the fun on October 29^th.

The October 29^th event is, also, the kick off to a new Tuesday night schedule for TRC Youth (6th-12th grade). Each week, small groups will meet on Tuesday evenings in homes throughout Snohomish County. On the 4^th Tuesday of each month, we’ll come together for an even bigger evening of fun and connecting at what is called: United Night. There will always be free food, off-the-chart worship and much, much more… Just like our Quarterback Challenge happening on October 29th.
