It will be held at Chicago Chophouse, and is a fundraising initiative in support of Wings of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation and Compassionate Beauty.

Potter will model a designer gown in the Tribute Fashion Show with other breast cancer survivors as a demonstration of hope and inner confidence. Her gown was designed by Broken Doll Clothing.
