Don has been leading workshops, seminars, 20Groups and association meetings for over 25 years, including a "Top 10" rating as a NADA presenter. Don has been a "working dealer", having owned franchised dealerships in two different states.
These workshops will target the opportunities existing in service department. Most dealerships have “hidden” profits available to them by focusing on changing processes, monitoring and coaching. Don’s workshops will help Dealers target their biggest challenges and build a business plan to achieve performance improvement and increase service absorption.
Dealers will also have the opportunity to have a Profit Improvement Plan completed onsite at their dealership simply by attending one of the workshops. Details will be provided in the workshop. Currently, workshops are scheduled to be held in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Dallas.
Dealers who want to attend will need to contact NAMAD for dates and availability. Early registration is recommended due to the limited workshop schedule and attendee capacity.
