KWCUSA President to Host Karaoke at MVP Sports Bar and Grill

MASON, Ohio - Oct. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- KWCUSA President, Wendell Payne will host karaoke tonight and tomorrow night at MVP Sports Bar and Grill at 6923 Plainfield Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. Karaoke and dancing will begin at 8pm and run until 2am each night. Wendell Payne will continue to host Karaoke every Wednesday at MVPs and will soon host other nights on a regular basis including Friday’s and Saturday’s.

Wendell says, “This is the best karaoke venue in the Tri-State, great stage, lighting, and sound. We are currently working on plans to not only expand karaoke at MVPs but also to have the Ohio State Championships for KWCUSA in May 2014”

MVP has two owners, George and Tom. One of the partners, Tom has a long history at this location. He dates back to the original Club that occupied the location.  Many people remember the club called “Never on Sunday”. We even have one of the original signs that is displayed.  It opened for business in the late 1960’s and Tom purchased it in the early 1970’s.   There have been a number of popular bands that frequented Never on Sunday. Tom retired in 1991 and found himself bored. George worked for Tom and has always wanted to get into the business.  The opportunity presented itself in early 2011 and 6  months later they opened the first MVP Sports Bar & Grille.

While opening MVP has been a lot of work, it has also been a lot of fun. Watching the renovation has been exciting. Our goal was to open a top notch place to eat and drink. George and Tom want customers to experience the three G’s Great food, Great drink and a Great time.

MVP has a menu consisting of great appetizers, salads, burgers, jumbo wings and don’t forget our hand cut fries. We also have a “GO GREEK” section on the menu offering a Gyro sandwich and Gyro salad.

Customers can watch their favorite sporting events on the 14 /  50 inch TV’s.
