The award, established by the Institute of Directors (IOD) India, is regarded worldwide as one of the most esteemed recognitions and sets global standards for assessing a company on various parameters of HR and people management practices. The award was presented at IOD India’s London Global Convention 2013 by Rt. Hon. Baroness Verma, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Energy & Climate Change, Govt of UK.
