Dr. G’s Creations, supplier of Functional Food Ingredients and Seasonings, sponsored the 6th Annual Granite City Cook-Off held in Elberton, Georgia on September 14th, 2013.  Dr. G's Creations believes in having fun, supporting the community and educating the younger generation, so they proudly sponsored the BBQ event.

Several teams competed in the highly competitive cook-off.  Each team had their own unique set up and barbeque style, in addition to displaying their towering charcoal grills. The teams could compete in three categories: ribs, pulled pork, and chicken legs. Competition was fierce in all three categories, but Dexter Allen came away as the 1st place winner, claiming two of the three categories!  Congratulations to Dexter and all the contestants, and thanks to all the people who attended the event.
