The course splits into UPSTREAM and DOWNSTREAM sections and offers a balanced mix of theory, exercises and case study material to produce practical outputs that can be implemented in the workplace. Participants will gain an understanding of best practices, examine where their opportunities for improvements are, and review what other companies are doing. Participants in the Upstream course will create a conceptual IBP process design for their respective organization. The Downstream course leverages the principles of Sales & Operations Planning to improve the integration of financial, demand and supply planning. Course will be include sections on applicable information technology and Nexview Consulting’s proven methods for change management and making the IBP process more effective.
