1st Time Home buyers beat a competitive market and buy a brand new home

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Oct. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Fil and Rosalba are 1^st time home buyers. They were looking for a home for their family but the only thing they found, were crowded open houses with hundreds of visitors and every time they wanted to submit an offer they had to compete with tenths of offers, most of them cash.

With a limited budget, some specific needs, a low number of homes for sale and a large amount of buyers, they were about to give up.  Their Realtor had to do something about it, He just could not let them leave their dreams behind. That’s when Octavio Garduno did research and created a new strategy for them: He identified a program by the City of Gilroy that would allow his clients put only 1% down and buy a brand new townhome without even bidding! “It was February, I was on vacation when the program coordinator called me to confirm that my clients could qualify and I immediately jumped out of joy and called my clients to break the news” says Octavio Garduno.

Fil and Rosalba got in contract and had to wait some months, only because their home was just being built!

“Octavio was very helpful and gave us good advise during the process, He was always there to help us to do the right choices. He helped us get a brand new townhome from scratch. We got to pick the appliances, the paint and the carpet we wanted” says Fil.

Fil and Rosalba are now living in an 1,800 sq ft townhome in the atmosphere and environment they were looking for, just to raise a wonderful family.
